2. Engagement
Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement will be set forth in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate, complete, and timely information.
- Granting necessary access to accounting software and source documents.
- Reviewing reports and reconciliations delivered each period.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan or agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and only use it to deliver agreed-upon services or as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and trademarks, is the property of INT Services or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INT Services' aggregate liability arising from or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to INT Services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. No Professional Advice Outside Scope
Our services do not constitute legal, tax, audit, or investment advice. Clients should consult qualified professionals for those matters.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing engagements with reasonable written notice as set forth in the applicable service agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
